Our signature downtown street festival – Taste of Los Gatos – is free and open to everyone, complete with new features this year! Enjoy live music, a family fun zone, a craft beer tap truck, and more. Enhance your experience by purchasing Tasting Wristbands to sample bites from 27+ exciting Los Gatos restaurants and enjoy pours from 20 local wineries as you explore our charming boutiques!  

In 2024 Tasting Wristbands sold out early, so secure yours NOW at presale pricing. Day-of-event pricing will be higher.

Tasting Wristband Options:

Bites and Libations Wristband ($95): Bites from 27+ Los Gatos restaurants and pours from 20 local wineries.  Includes a souvenir stemless wine glass.

Bites Only Wristband ($75): Bites from 27+ Los Gatos restaurants

Volunteers - We Need You!

Do You Like Food, Wine and Our Amazing Community?

Volunteer for the Taste of Los Gatos on Saturday, September 6. We need help with set-up, breakdown, registration, carnival games, and staffing the beer booth.

As a thank you, volunteers receive access to a highly discounted Tasting Wristband:

• Bites and Libations: $50 (from $95)
• Bites Only: $40 (from $75)

Event FAQs

Paid Tasting Check-In:

To buy or pick-up paid Tasting Wristbands, you will check-in at one of two locations. Check-in will open at 11:30 am (event begins at 12:00 pm).

Check-in Locations:

• Automobuild Breezeway, 100 N. Santa Cruz Avenue
• Old Town Los Gatos, 50 University Avenue​

Please bring your order confirmation (via phone is ok) and ID. We will check ID for ALL attendees. Must be 21+ to participate in wine-tasting.

Craft Beer Tap Truck:

Adults 21+ can purchase and redeem tickets for beer at our Tap Truck located by 127 N. Santa Cruz Avenue (US Bank) from 12:00 to 4:30 pm. Please show your ID to receive a 21+ wristband. Note that all beer tickets must be redeemed at the Tap Truck by 4:30 pm per ABC requirements. Prior year or other event beer tokens/tickets are not valid for this event.

Parking:

Parking is limited in downtown with varying time limits. Please consider a rideshare service or taxi to the event, especially if you will be enjoying alcoholic beverages. View public parking options here.

Cancellation:

No refunds will be given. Event will proceed rain or shine. Paid Tasting Wristband orders may be transferred to another party for this event only. Please call us at 408-354-9300 to facilitate a transfer.
