Kim Richman is a Silicon Valley native and has been expertly serving and selling residential real estate in the area for over 25 years. As a consistent top producer and a leader in the industry, she specializes in being a Master Certified Negotiation Expert and has a professional background in property preparation and interior design. She’s been recognized for many accomplishments over the years and was named as a Top 1% Agent in Santa Clara County and America’s Best Real Estate Agents by RealTrends from 2014-2019.

Kim has been associated with some of the area’s most prestigious real estate brokerages in both leadership and sales associate roles. In January 2019, Kim made the move to Compass where she leads her own team.

Kim resides in Los Gatos with her daughter, Karly and their dog, Cooper. She loves to be active and in her free time you can find her at her local Soul Cycle class! She also loves hiking, skiing, traveling and spending quality time with her friends and family, including her grown son Chad.
