Mariana Faerron is the founder and CEO of Tico Coffee Roasters, a boutique coffee company based in Campbell, California, where she channels her expertise into creating a transparent, ethical, and sustainable coffee supply chain. As a certified Q-Grader by the Coffee Quality Institute, and under her leadership, Tico Coffee Roasters prioritizes organic farming, fair trade practices, and environmental sustainability—from farm to cup—empowering farmers, promoting economic opportunity, and creating a positive social impact.

Mariana is a passionate champion of women’s leadership. Her efforts to empower emerging female leaders in the coffee industry have been recognized by Inc. Magazine, the Tory Burch Foundation, and NBC, among others. The Santa Clara County League of Conservation Voters also honored her as the 2023 Environmentalist of the Year for her significant contributions to sustainable business practices.
